Chinese Cooking Class I: This cooking class series is designed to start with the basics and increase your knowledge in Chinese Cooking Skills. Learn the fine art of Chinese cuisine and prepare some of your favorite Chinese dishes along the way!

Chinese Cooking Class II: this series of classes is for students who have a background in Chinese cooking. This class will increase your knowledge and broaden your skills of this ethnic food group. Try out unique recipes and favored cooking techniques of Chinese cuisine.

Thai Cooking Class: This cooking class is a favored by people who have a love for the islands. This class uses ingredients native to the Caribbean, bringing a bit of that island sensation home. Learn home to incorporate ingredients such as coconut, cilantro, lime, mangos, pineapple, curries into your every day cooking. If HOT and SPICY is your passion, then this class has your name written all over it!

Vietnamese Cooking Class: This culinary course includes French and Chinese cooking, ranging from divine French desserts to the classic Chinese spring rolls. Learn how to make scrumptious desserts, fresh spring rolls, and rice noodle soups, tasty sandwiches and stir fry’s.

Indian Cooking Class: The Indian Cooking Class is a wonderful course for vegetarians. This class incorporates many different recipes that shy away from meat and focus on spicing up beans, breads, chutneys, rice dishes and more. A little touch of protein will be included with a delicacy of lamb.

Specialty’ Classes: In each changing of season there will be a non–Asian class offered. Fall of 2008 will be Moroccan cuisine and spring of 2009 will be Greek cuisine.
