Enjoy your Gourmet Cooking Class on a rolling 150 acre blueberry farm that rests above Passamaquoddy Bay and boasts a 180 degree view of Deer Island and St. Andrews, New Brunswick.
Now that you’ve been introduced to this gorgeous town, it’s time to dive into the amazing cuisine of the gourmet cooking world. Your class will feature the freshest ingredients that have been hand picked from local markets. These ingredients will be used in your Gourmet Cooking Class to create your gourmet lunch or dinner for two.
Try your hand at the original recipes of our veteran gourmet chef, or create a masterpiece of deliciousness with a classic menu. Your cooking lessons will include the freshest vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, nuts and more to create your gourmet meal. Enjoy a hands on experience as you learn the skills of cooking and the art of a gourmet meal.
While your Gourmet cooking lessons will provide you with hands on experience, your personal chef will teach you the ins and outs of a selection of knifes, kitchen tools, and techniques. Once you’ve honed your chopping, fileting, pan searing, and more, sit down and appreciate your new learned skills as you both enjoy your personally made gourmet meals.
